For mortgage
Built for the shop, not for the enterprise.
Broker-owners, branch managers, loan officers and processors. If you are running a shop that needs an edge without an enterprise budget or a six-month implementation, this was built for you specifically.
What the day looks like on this stack.
Four roles, four sets of problems, one system. Nobody has to learn somebody else's tool to do their own job.
Broker-owner
One number that says what a funded loan costs by channel, and a pipeline you can read without asking three people for a status update. Pricing published, no setup fee, and a six-month term rather than a year.
Branch manager
Filter the whole book by loan officer, stage or age and see what is stuck. Call analytics that credit the person who actually held the loan, so the leaderboard reflects who is producing rather than who dials most.
Loan officer
A dialer queue that puts the right lead next instead of a list to hunt through, application forms that fit the loan type, and refi savings and DTI calculators on the call itself.
Processor
Documents read into the file instead of retyped, balancing in a click with every line item sourced, conditions that announce themselves, and order-outs that chase their own follow-up.
Moving off Jungo, Surefire, Whiteboard or a spreadsheet.
The reason shops stay on a platform they have outgrown is not loyalty. It is the fear of a bad migration weekend: leads that do not come across, a loan that goes dark mid-processing, and two weeks where nobody trusts the board.
So we move the records first and reconcile them against your existing system while both are still running. You look at your own book sitting on the new board before anything gets switched off. If it does not reconcile, nothing gets switched off.

Questions we get asked
We are a five-person shop. Is this too much system?
The base covers ten users, so a five-person shop is not paying for scale it does not use. And because nothing needs building out, a small shop is not absorbing an implementation project it has no one to staff.
We are a hundred seats across four branches. Does it hold up?
Layouts and pipelines are editable per branch, so branches run their own way inside one system, and reporting rolls up across all of them. Seat pricing at that size is quoted rather than published, because a rate that is fair to a ten-person shop is not fair to you.
Can we start with the marketing and add the software later?
Yes, and plenty do. The channels work against whatever CRM you have now. What you gain by adding Dromi later is the automatic link from a response to a funded loan.
Who do we call when something breaks?
Us. There is no tier one, no ticket queue, and no account manager relaying your question to someone else.
Thirty minutes, your own shop.
Bring your loan types, your states and the thing that annoys you most. That is enough to know whether this fits.
