Dromi · Integrations

Your LOS, your title company, your phones, and an open door.

Most CRM integration pages are a wall of logos, half of which turn out to mean a CSV export. This one is specific about what each connection actually does, because on this page the difference between a sync and an export button is the difference between a processor keying a file twice and not.

What connects.

Eleven entries. We would rather have a page you can trust than a page that looks impressive, so each one says what it moves and what it does not.

ARIVE

Set up during onboarding

Your existing book comes across when we build your account, and after that a loan moving in ARIVE moves in Dromi: new files, status changes, dates. Nobody keys it twice. Needs Broker Pro; the API is not on Broker Core.

LendingPad

Set up during onboarding

Same shape. Your pipeline lands at onboarding and stays current on its own afterwards, so the board your team works from and the file your processor opens agree without anyone reconciling them.

Encompass

Set up during onboarding

Loan pipeline and milestone sync, connected during onboarding using your own Encompass API credentials. It runs on your ICE agreement rather than on anything we hold, so what your contract permits is what it does. Byte and Calyx Point we migrate from, but do not sync with.

Unisource National Lender Services

Live title orders

A major privately held title company. Dromi places a real title order out of the loan file rather than an email with attachments, and the title documents come back into that borrower's document folder on their own.

Title companies

Open, any with API access

Unisource is the one that is live today. We will build to any title company willing to provide API access, so if your shop has a title relationship it is not going to give up, name it on the call and we will approach them.

Lenders

Open, any with API access

The same door on the other side of the file. Any lender willing to provide API access we will connect to. Tell us who you submit to most and we will start there.

RingCentral

Approved integration

Keep the phone system you already have. Calls log against the loan and roll into the same analytics as the built-in dialer.

Twilio and Telnyx

Either provider

SMS delivery runs on Twilio by default. Shops already carrying Telnyx numbers can have delivery routed through Telnyx instead. Either provider works, and the messages sit on the loan record the same way.

Zapier

By invite

Invited users get access to 7,000+ integrations through Zapier, which reaches the long tail we are never going to build one at a time. It is an invite rather than a public directory listing, so ask for access on the call.

n8n

Self-hosted, Dromi node

The open-source automation platform you run yourself. There is a Dromi node for it, so shops that already operate their own automation server keep both the workflows and the data on hardware they control.

Lead vendors

Open, any vendor that will connect

We do not have exclusive arrangements and we are not trying to sell you our leads through the back door. Tell us who you buy from and we will approach them.

What Dromi is built on.

These are not things you connect. They are the vendors underneath the product, listed because you are handing us borrower data and you are entitled to know who else touches it.

Every one of them is named in our terms as well, so this page and the contract say the same thing.

Questions we get asked

What does integrated actually mean here?

Two specific things, and we would rather name them than let you assume a third. One: your existing pipeline moves into Dromi when we build your account, so you are not starting from an empty board. Two: after that, loans and status changes flowing out of your LOS keep Dromi current on their own. What it is not is instantaneous (updates land in minutes, not the same second), and it is not yet a full write-back, so the LOS stays the system of record for the file itself. That is the honest shape of it, and it is the shape that removes the double entry.

How long does it take to set up?

It happens during onboarding, and it is a couple of hours of work rather than a project. What we need from you is an admin who can generate API credentials inside your own LOS. In ARIVE and LendingPad that is a five-minute job. Encompass runs on your own ICE agreement and your own credentials, so the timing there depends on your contract rather than on our build.

We use a different title company. Are we stuck?

No. Unisource is the one wired up today, and our position on the rest is the same as it is on lead vendors: any title company willing to provide API access, we will build to. Name yours on the call and we will approach them. Until that exists you can still run title out of Dromi, it just will not place the order for you.

We buy leads from a vendor you have not listed. Now what?

Tell us who. Our position is that we will integrate with any lead vendor willing to connect, and most of them are, because it makes their product stickier too.

What about the tool you have never heard of?

That is what Zapier and n8n are for. Invited users get 7,000+ integrations through Zapier, and shops running their own n8n server have a Dromi node to build against. Anything that matters enough to run every day we would rather build properly, so tell us what it is.

Is our borrower data used to train AI models?

No. Document processing runs under a no-training data agreement, and human review gates sit in front of anything the model produces. The architecture is built to GLBA expectations and reviewed against the FTC Safeguards Rule.

Tell us what you need connected.

Bring the list of tools your shop actually opens every day. We will tell you honestly which ones we can talk to.
