Defenestro Technologies, a DBA of Erhart Industry Solutions LLC, 4337 E Vallejo Ct, Gilbert, AZ 85298 handles information in connection with Dromi, Defenestro Marketing Solutions and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Controller and processor

For information about our own customers and prospective customers, we act as the controller. For borrower and loan data that a customer processes inside Dromi on behalf of their borrowers, we act as a service provider and processor. The customer, a licensed mortgage company, is the controller of that data, and borrower requests are generally directed to them.

What we collect

  • Contact and company details you submit through forms on this site.
  • Account and usage data generated when your team uses Dromi.
  • Borrower and loan data your team enters or uploads into Dromi, including documents.
  • Call metadata and recordings where call features are in use.
  • Standard server logs and basic analytics about site visits.

How we use it

To provide and support the services, to respond to enquiries, to run campaigns you have engaged us to run, to bill you, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and messaging

We use SMS to send account and platform notifications to registered Dromi users who have opted in, such as new lead assignments, pipeline updates, task reminders and condition notifications. Consent is captured and recorded before any message is sent, and you can opt out at any time. Full details are in our SMS terms.

Sub-processors

We use Anthropic for document reading, Deepgram for call transcription, Twilio for messaging and voice, and Resend for transactional email. Under our arrangements with these providers, your data is not used to train their models.

Security

Each customer's environment is isolated and enforced by signed claims. Document access is server-mediated with short-lived signed links, and the borrower portal is identity-verified with lockout. The architecture is built to GLBA expectations and reviewed against the FTC Safeguards Rule. We do not claim a certification we do not hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because much of the borrower data in Dromi is controlled by our customers, borrower requests are generally directed to the mortgage company concerned. Contact us and we will route your request appropriately.
