SMS terms and conditions

These terms govern the SMS program operated by Defenestro Technologies, a DBA of Erhart Industry Solutions LLC, 4337 E Vallejo Ct, Gilbert, AZ 85298 for Dromi, our CRM platform for mortgage professionals. By opting in, you agree to them.
What the program sends
The Dromi SMS program sends account and platform notifications to registered users who have opted in. Messages relate to your Dromi account and activity, such as new lead assignments, pipeline updates, task reminders, condition notifications and order-out escalations. It is not a marketing program and it is not used to send promotional content.
Consent
Consent is captured and recorded before any message is sent, and is not a condition of purchasing anything. Consent is per user and per mobile number, and is not transferable between users.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the details on our company page.
Privacy
Mobile numbers collected for this program are used to operate it and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Message delivery is handled by Twilio as our sub-processor. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
