Refund policy

This policy sets out what is refundable across Dromi and Defenestro Marketing Solutions. We would rather be plain about it now than argue about it later.

Dromi subscriptions

Dromi runs on a six-month initial term. Subscription fees for months already begun are non-refundable. After the initial term you may cancel with 30 days' written notice; any payment falling due within 30 days of your cancellation date remains owed and access continues for 30 days following that date.

If we fail to deliver the service for a sustained period through our own fault, contact us. We will credit the affected period rather than make you argue for it.

Custom build-outs

Custom features and build-outs are quoted per project and billed against agreed milestones. Amounts covering work already performed are non-refundable. Work not yet started is refundable in full.

Direct mail

Mail is prepaid two weeks before the agreed drop date. Before a drop enters production you may cancel or reschedule for a full refund. Once a drop has entered production, costs already incurred for data, print and postage are non-refundable. Mail that has entered the postal stream is non-refundable in all cases.

Live transfers and lead sales

Transfers and leads that do not meet the filtering criteria agreed in writing before delivery are credited. The definition of a billable transfer or lead, and the conditions under which it is credited, are agreed before the first delivery rather than negotiated afterwards.

How to raise something

Email us. There is no ticket queue and no support tier between you and someone who can actually resolve it.
