Marketing · Campaign management

Somebody has to own the calendar.

In most shops that somebody is a branch manager doing it at nine at night between files. We run the calendar, the data, the creative and the reporting across every channel you have with us, and you get the calls.

What we take off your desk.

01

The calendar

Which drop goes when, which list it goes to, how it lines up with the ads and what your floor can absorb that week. Planned ahead rather than assembled the night before a deadline.

02

The data

List selection, suppression against your existing book so you are not paying to mail your own clients, and the filtering that keeps every channel inside your licensed states and approved programs.

03

The reporting

One view across mail, transfers, leads and ads, measured the same way. Not four vendor dashboards that each define a response differently.

Working the list you already own.

Past leads, past clients and loans that never converted are the cheapest audience a shop has and the one that gets touched least. Reengagement campaigns work that list at scale and surface the people who are ready to move now.

These campaigns are approval-gated. Consent, opt-out handling and contact-frequency rules are checked before anything sends, because a reengagement campaign against a stale list is exactly where compliance problems come from.

One number decides everything.

Every channel we run is judged on what a funded loan cost. Not impressions, not response rate, not cost per lead. Those are diagnostics that tell you why a number moved; they are not the number.

That has consequences we will state in advance: if a channel is not producing for you, we will tell you to stop running it rather than sell you a bigger version of it.

Questions we get asked

Do we need to run every channel?

No, and most shops should not start that way. One channel run properly beats four run thin, and the first month is usually about establishing a baseline you can measure the others against.

Who owns the creative and the lists?

Creative we produce for your campaigns is yours. Lists you bring remain yours. Data we license for a campaign is governed by that licence, and we will tell you which is which before you ask.

What does campaign management cost?

It is quoted with the channels rather than as a separate line, because the work scales with what is actually running. A single weekly mail drop is not the same job as four channels across nine states.

We will tell you what it should have cost per funded loan and which channel to keep.
