Dromi · Automations & workflows
The file tells the team what it needs.
Most things that go wrong on a loan go wrong because nobody was told. A condition landed and sat. A payoff never came back. A borrower did not know which document was missing. Dromi says all of it out loud, automatically.
Three things that stop slipping.
Conditions announce themselves
When a condition lands or clears, the right people are notified through the same per-pod routing the rest of the system uses. Nobody refreshes a screen hoping to catch it.
Order-outs chase themselves
Ordered items get automatic received checklists. If a payoff, title or homeowners policy is not back in seven business days, the responsible team is pinged without anyone noticing first.
Borrowers get told what is missing
Text reminders walk a borrower through the requested-document checklist and back to the portal to upload it, and nudge them on disclosures before the signature holds up the loan.
Pods, so the right people are already in the conversation.
An LO pod automatically includes its processors and managers. A message about a loan reaches the people responsible for that loan without anyone remembering to add them, which is the step that actually fails in practice.
Because messages, tasks and calls all live on the loan, a manager can see what happened without asking for a status update. Role-gated direct messages, task checklists, follow-up reminders and missed-follow-up flags do the rest.

The questions your LOs answer forty times a week.
What is next, what is this document, where do I upload it. Automated replies handle the repetitive ones so a loan officer is not fielding every basic text on a Saturday, and anything beyond the basics hands off to a person immediately.
It is deliberately narrow. An assistant that guesses at a borrower's question about their rate lock is worse than no assistant, so this one does not.
Questions we get asked
Is the texting TCPA compliant?
Consent is captured and recorded before any message goes out, and the SMS program is registered with published terms and a documented opt-out. Compliance was built into this before the first message was sent rather than after the first complaint.
Can we turn individual automations off?
Yes, per branch. Shops run differently and a notification nobody wants becomes noise that gets ignored, which then trains people to ignore the ones that matter.
What is on the roadmap here?
Automatic order-out request emails, so the ask goes out the moment the loan needs it rather than when someone gets to it. We would rather tell you what is coming than describe it as though it already shipped.
Bring the thing that keeps slipping.
Tell us the one that costs you the most files. We will show you what Dromi does about it, or tell you it does not.
